Reception party

A reception party is a gathering party that is typically hosted after a marriage ceremony as hospitality for guests, hence the name reception. This is the couple’s first time meeting society as a married couple in the form of relatives and friends. Food and beverages are provided by the hosts, while wedding cakes are common. It is the event where the bride and groom are introduced to their loved ones as a wedded pair. To treat the guests a little bit more, luxurious food is served during reception parties. To add to the zing, it is complemented by enjoyable music and ambiance. There are no rituals at the reception, in contrast to all the ceremonies. It is a small gathering that was primarily planned to provide those who couldn’t make the wedding an opportunity. However, the celebration of this event is entirely dependent on the wishes and preferences of the groom’s family. The decision to host a reception party is up to the person because it is not required.
